R9mm not Binding Correctly

Hello,
As you can see from the title I am having troubles getting my receiver to bind correctly to my R9m module. The R9m is blinking green with solid red while the r9mm receiver is a flashing green light and no red. My controller says that it is bound to the receiver however, I am not getting an output on my drone even when my arming switch is on. Could there be something wrong with my firmware on my receiver?

Specs:
-Echine tyro129 (no upgrades)
-FrSky qx7 with (non 2019 R9moduel)

Many people have this problem so confusing with Frsky firmware and if your using a F4 the signal has to be invented through the cli in betaflight, do yourself a big favour and switch to TBS setup so easy and over the air updates and faster more responsive reliable signal
