Flysky i6x with R9M 2019 mod with R9 mini in my x220s will not bind

Hi, can anobody help me with R9M2019 bindning with R9 mini reciever? I am trying to do the R9M mod on flysky i6x, but I am not able to make them bind. When i try to bind them my R9 mini has solid RED and solid GREEN light, but my R9M module has just solid RED. I have been stuck on this for a week.
