what hardware you got? FC, ESC… Can you post pictures of your FC/ESCs

Some more info will be helpfull, but also, have you connected the battery when connecting via BLheli, otherwise it will not detect the ESC Also make sure you have the correct firmware on your FC, as if you have the wrong version it can sometimes not work properly.
