My son had the BetaFPV Cetus Lite V2.0 FPV Drone Starter Kit for his birthday and the two blue and red motors have broken already - the wires detached when it was flying. He’s very disappointed. Can you help?

I am really sorry to hear about your sons disappointment here, especially given this was a birthday gift.
It is odd for wires to break mid-flight like this. They are incredibly fine and delicate and if caught or pulled might break, but to break mid-flight is strange.
Are you able to send me some clear photos of the top and bottom or the drone and props?
I will send them through to BetaFPV and ask one of their engineers to take a look.
I will try to get this resolved for you as quickly as I can.

Hello, yes here you go, many thanks for your help. He wonders if they gradually became loose after some landings then finally gave way mid-flight.
