Motor does not spin when armed can see on wire to the aio not soldered fully.
If yo wage the motor wires it does connect .

The one motor wire does not seem to be soldered on correctly, but everything else seems to work as if you hold the wire down the motor works?
If this is the case, could you send over another image that can clearly show this as the photo you received is not very clear and I cannot make out which motor wire has a bad connection.
How would you rate our customer service?

Tried uploading video but it will not allow me if the wires are wiggled the motor spins.
If you look closely at the picture you can see a small bit of exposed wire.
It’s needs to be returned and corrected or replaced.
Any photo I try to send is rejected as going against the comunity standards.

From the image it looks like the one wire may be very thin, are you able to resolder this on yourself as there is enough play in the wire to do this? As this should get the issue sorted for you. If not, let me know so we can look into alternative options to get you back into the air
