One motors spinning faster than the others

Hi there I was out with my drone and something that I noticed about it was the fact that the throttle would go up really fast - which was a bit scary. I would rather have it go up gradually than fast like a rocket o.O. Does anyone know what could be the issue? Is it something to do with the PID? If so, what should be the value? At the moment I’m using the CF default settings. I’m using a NAZE32 rev6.b with BLHeli ESCs.
