Good morning, I am writing to you regarding a complaint about the engine I bought from you. Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to test it today due to the bad weather that prevailed in the past few days. Unfortunately, there were problems during testing, which will be described in more detail below. The wing took off, but at the very beginning it behaved strangely in the air, it was constantly shaking and the power was weak, after 4 minutes of flight, out of nowhere in the air, my engine stopped working. rather it vibrated, I tested the ESC, but it was fine, could we come to an agreement, to claim only the engine? I changed the engine, another engine worked, so the problem is in the engine. I didn’t do anything with the engine, it was my first flight. Without a single fall or visible damage to the engine

From the photo you provided, it seems that the coils have burnt, which indicates that the motor got too hot. Since a motor is essentially just some wire wound around a magnet, this usually happens due to an external factor. It could be something like the motor screw damaging the coils. To help us diagnose the issue more accurately, could you also send a photo of the underside of the motor, preferably with the bell removed so we can show Heewing that the coils are not damaged by this?
