I have 3 x 1550mah 75c 3S1P 17.2Wh, each of them are charging beyond 11.1V going to more like 12.6V using a imax B6 charger
Am I missing something? is this right?

Perfectly correct!
A Lipo cell has a minimum voltage of 3v / cell, and a maximum voltage of 4.2V per cell. A 3 cell Lipo is therefore 3x4.2 = 12.6V when fully charged.
