All other features of the controller are working. When we connect the battery to the card it just does not detect the power to the card. It gives ‘‘Power is not set’’ warning in the GUI. What could be the reason? Can you help? (EMERGANCY PLEASE)
My first suggestion would be to try to set the power levels (start low at like 10, and work your way up).
Then I would check that the GUI you are using matches the firmware you have, as this sort of this can also be caused by mismatch between them.
If that fails reload the firmware to latest version (or one version older if already on the latest version), and start there as some users who reported this issue seem to resolve with this.
