I recently purchased a Foxeer F405 V2 board from you last week. I haven’t soldered anything to it yet, but I have only connected the USB to flash ArduPilot, as I do with all my boards. However, it isn’t working, and I’ve tried everything. Neither the red nor the blue light is visible, nor is my PC picking it up
Can’t flash or do anything with the board. Upon testing the 5V rail when connected, nothing is picked up on my multimeter. So my hypothesis is the 5v rail is bricked

I am sorry to hear you are struggling with your FC. I have already forwarded your description and video through to Foxeer and have asked one of their engineers to take a look for us.

I am really sorry that this whole process has been a bit overwhelming for you. Good news, after a number on emails back and forth with the manufacturer we have secured you a new FC with the support of Foxeer.
We currently do not have stock of these specific boards in stock, so I can either offer you a replacement unit when we get these back in stock again, or |I can offer you an immediate refund, which you can use towards another FC. Realistically a replacement will take between 3 - 4 weeks to arrive, before we can ship it out to you.
Lastly please can you send the faulty FC back to us, I have crearted a RMA for you here below:

Good evening.
Thanks for the support. I am okay with any board that supports ardupilot, so please, if you guys have any board that supports ardupilot and works well, that would suffice, as that’s the reason I bought the foxeer board. A refund would be okay if you guys have no board with ArduPilot support.
Also, I have not received the RMA form yet. Not in my inbox, nor my spam. Please, can it be sent to this particular mail thread so tomorrow I can get it returned?

I have not still gotten the RMA form nor an RM link (checked my sapam folder also). Please kindly forward it so i can return the flight controller to you guys. On the matter of the replacement. I sent a reply earlier stating what I would prefer, which is a Foxeer or Speedybee. Else a refund would suffice
