Steering servo on car not responding. Makes humming noise but no steering response. Car moves forward and backwards and the battery is fully charged, but no available steering.
Battery fully charged. Removed battery and replaced again in case of faulty connection. Steering will not respond to the radio control unit.

We had the following response from the supplier:
This could be the transmitter or the servo in the model,
To diagnose, if you could ask the customer if the steering trim on the transmitter operates the servo in the model, this will narrow it down so we can make a decision on which replacement part to send to the customer.
Can you confirm this and I can follow up with them for you?

Hi,
The steering trim on the transmitter does not operate the servo on the model. There is a constant humming noise coming from the servo on the model.
To be honest this has been a very poor experience for me. The car was a birthday present for my son. He never got to enjoy it as it was faulty out of the box. Normally it’s just a case of returning the faulty item and either getting a replacement or a refund. I wasn’t expecting to take videos and photographs of a small model car. The whole process has been dragging on for weeks.
I don’t have the facilities or time to replace steering servos on model cars, and would rather not have to deal with it to be honest.
Could you arrange for me to return the item for a refund.
