Order #UT-734287 - Fms Ranger Trainer 850mm Rtf - Control Surfaces not working - only throttle

Thanks for hanging in there while I worked out the quickest way to get your Ranger back to us. I’ve checked the parcel size (92 × 39 × 19.5 cm) against Evri’s price bands and the standard tracked comes in at £6.49. Once the model arrives and we confirm a manufacturing fault, I’ll reimburse that amount.

If you’d rather book Evri’s doorstep collection or add extra insurance, feel free—the only difference is that we’d still refund the standard £6.49 and you’d cover any extra. Just pack the model securely (the original foam is perfect), book the service that suits you, and send me the tracking number so I can keep an eye on it.

Drop me a quick message once it’s booked and I can keep an eye on the tracking. If you’d rather I raise a label from our side, tell me and I’ll sort it immediately.

As soon as the plane’s here we’ll test it and get you a repair, replacement or refund—whatever you prefer—within two working days.

Please also make sure to include the RMA form (or RMA number) inside the parcel so we can link it back to your order and this email thread :-).

Thank you for the refund on the Ranger. I just need the £6.49 return delivery fee to be refunded and then the case should be closed.

Happy to sort that out for you.

We’ve run into a small technical hitch – because we’ve already refunded 100% of your original payment, our payment system won’t let us process any further refunds against that order.

To get the remainder refund back to you, we can do it a couple of ways. If you think you’ll be shopping with us again, I can immediately add the amount as a credit to your store account.

If you’d prefer a cash refund, that’s absolutely fine too – just let me know your PayPal email address and I’ll send it over straight away.

Yet again… no reply. Six days. Where is my refund? Sort it out.

Thanks for your message, and I’m really sorry for the delay and lack of updates.

There was a minor system error on our end which caused a disruption in your support thread, and as a result, you didn’t receive further updates as you should have. That’s completely on us, and I truly apologise for the oversight.

I’ve now confirmed that your refund was processed today, and you should receive a confirmation email shortly. The time it takes for the refund to reach you will depend on the payment method you used:

  • PayPal - you should have the refund in your PayPal account now.

  • Credit Card - will take 1-5 days to show back on your card depending on your bank processing times.
