I’m trying to fill in your online returns form.
It requires a picture of the mod I’ve done (I’ve extended the input lead).
Your server keeps rejecting the file - .jpg, or .png.

I can’t progress the return without supplying this.

Hi good day,

I’m really sorry you have been battling with this. I think it might be related to image size.

I’m just checking that and will revert back to you soonest.

Hope this helps.
If there is anything else I can help with please do let me know?

Regards,
David

David,

Thanks for the response.

Nope, it’s not image size! I’ve tried multiple images of different sizes (and both .jpg and .png).

If I don’t use the ‘modification’ option, then the server doesn’t complain if I upload the same image.

Cheers.

Hi good day,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you try upload the image/video here, or share as a private Youtube video?

I can take a look and try assist where ever I can.

Hope this helps.
If there is anything else I can help with please do let me know?

David,

I have problems with my new Goggles X/nano VTX. I’ve had a long email conversation with Alex about it.
There are 3 problems…

  1. Image blurry and jittering when flying.
  2. OSD shows random/corrupt characters (on 2 different FC and 2 different firmware - INav and Betaflight).
  3. Recorded video on SD card shows video dropout/frozen video - which wasn’t happening whilst watching the live Goggles image.

Alex believes the OSD problem is something for Caddx to address, the poor image problem is a loose camera (the camera is secure, and the same system/mount etc that shows no problems when used with my analogue Fatshark system).

To address the last point that Alex raised about camera vibration, I’m in the process of moving the entire electronics etc to a new frame, with a solid camera mount.

This is the last thing I’m going to do!

BTW, there is a post on here that I raised about the problem which has details on it, and you have commented on it!
