Order #711441 - Babyape Pro V2 - BabyApe pro v2 One motor doesn't spin properly

One of the motors spins very jittery and then stops altogether. A small noise/chime is played when the motor stops. I think the motor is down 1 phase.
I have not done anything. The soldering is under shrink wrap, and cutting the shrink wrap may void my warranty. I’m pretty sure the issue is unfixable without voiding my warranty. I know all the kit I used is not the issue as it works fine on my other drone
