For reference, 2 things:
- My dad made this order as a Christmas gift so I’m placing the support ticket under his order number
- I’ve already chatted with Alex on “DroneTrest” Discord on #utech-chat channel.
Depending on who picks up this ticket, I can share more information as I’ve outlined all my troubleshooting steps on discord (Discord).
I did reach out to Emax directly to get this addressed afterwhich they came back to me with:
Hi Bart,
In your case, the gyroscope of the board is broken. I suggest you buy a new board.
I flew the drone for 3 days after I got it and there is no visible physical damage on the drone.

I tried re-flashing firmware, flashing older version, re-calibrating accelerometer many times, changed props, checked the board for any damage.
Sorry to hear about this, I have passed the request onto Emax so should have reply back to you soon.
For the faulty gyro, do you have any screenshots showing this as per our help guide : Flight Controller has a bad/faulty Gyro - How To Test in BetaFlight as Emax may need to see this to confirm the gyro issue?

Thank you for the prompt response!
In terms of installing it myself, I’ve never touched a soldering iron before so I don’t feel 100% comfortable working on such a small board, that said, I did buy the necessary equipment for this hobby for repairs which would eventually need to happen so I’m happy to take the risk and try to do it myself.
The delivery address will differ as this one was sent to my parent’s house. Please use the address from order: #711763

I have received the part but it looks to be the incorrect one, I was sent the board for Tinyhawk 3, I have the Tinyhawk 3 Plus which uses a different board:
I’m happy to ship this back along with my old board, alternatively, I could send the drone in if you’d like to swap this out (I’m happy to cover the shipping).

No problem at all, Alex. The one that you have linked indeed looks to be the one! I will wait for the new board to arrive, and once I get that replaced, I will send back the old board along with the Tinyhawk 3 one.
