No lights on fc when plugged into usb or lipo.
Elrs receiver is the only thing that lights up.
Can’t connect to betaflight.
Totally unresponsive.
Tried holding the boot button.
Tried holding boot button while unplugging and plugging in lipo 3 times.
I don’t have a multi meter but there’s not a whole lot else I can try without power to the flight controller.

That’s no problem at all, something that can happen in our wonderful hobby!
I thought It could be the onboard BEC but usually, that means you’ll get lights when plugged into either lipo or usb but not both, so I’m rather curious.

Still speaking with the manufacturer about your drone, but its just taking a lot of time.
In the meantime please can I get the Pavo35 and all its accessories and packaging returned.
I will get our technician to have a look at it when it arrives back and we can sort something out for you.
