I ordered a SkyRC iMax B6AC V2 Charger from you. Today, I tried to scratch the anti-fake sticker, however I am unable to view what the number is, and therefore cannot verify the authenticity of the item.
Please see attached photo. As you can see, it is difficult to make out what the number is.
Can I please be sent a replacement asap, as this needs to charge up some Christmas goods.

We source our SkyRC products from authorized channels to ensure authenticity.
The attached photo is a bit blurry, making it hard to assess. To help us verify and decide on next steps:
- Confirm what the issue is with the charger, is it faulty? If so can you send a video showing the issue.
For safety, please avoid charging LiPo batteries until we confirm. You can test safely with NiMH or no load.
This charger is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the sticker issue confirms a fault, we can process a replacement or return under our policies (within 30 days, faulty items eligible for free return/ replacement).

Thank you for your response. Can I please be issued with a new charger, as I can’t verify the authenticity of this one due to the anti-fake sticker not revealing a proper working code.
