Antenna fell of mid flight which caused my drone to lose control. The drone is not damaged but I am no longer able to safely fly without one of the antennas
I had examined the drone afterwards and found this was the reason for the sudden malfunction and loss of control

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear about the antenna coming loose mid-flight on your GEPRC Vapor D5 O4 Pro (order #5546). I’m glad the drone came down safely and that there wasn’t any additional damage.
We’ve spoken with GEPRC and at the moment they believe the issue may have been caused by the antennas not being fully secured in the TPU mount before the flight. That said, we definitely want to help you get flying again, so we can arrange a replacement antenna set to be sent out to you. When fitting the new ones, adding a small amount of CA glue can help secure them more firmly in the mount to prevent this happening again.
Before we proceed further with GEPRC, could you please send over the DVR footage from the flight where the crash occurred? This will give us something concrete to show them and will help us push the case more effectively.
