I bought a Taranis under a year ago and it has now stopped working. When I switch it on, it doesn’t get past the splash screen, it doesn’t respond to any buttons/switches, and doesn’t even turn off - I have to remove the battery to switch it off. I have googled this issue and other people appear to have experienced a similar issue, but I’m not clear on how to resolve it. Can you help?
Hello. We have had some experience of this before. If you remove the back of the radio and remove and then re-insert the small internal battery button - this should fix the issue.
