have recently purchased an iFlight Nazgul XL5 ECO 6S Freestyle FPV Quadcopter from you (please see order reference above) on13/09/2024.

Unfortunately, I am now encountering problems with the video transmitter which is no longer transmitting video anymore. Up until this point, it was working fine. In terms of what led to it no longer operating properly I had flown 2 compatible battery packs with it completely fine, then landed it and glanced in my goggles and saw I had static which shows the video transmitter is no longer transmitting anymore.

My first thought I had was whether the VTX had overheated and I checked this as soon as I landed and it was barely luke warm, so this wasn’t the issue. I then changed the battery to a fully charged one, to see if it was a power problem which it wasn’t. I then plugged it in to BetaFlight and in the VTX tab it said ‘Device Ready - False’. I checked over the whole drone for any wiring disconnections and whether the antenna had become unscrewed - neither were the case.

Finally, I do believe the VTX is meant to have lights on it, which no longer light up.

Please note, I can confirm I have treated the drone with full respect and have not crashed or damaged the drone in any way. I have had clear flights ever since I bought it.

Please can you advise on what I should do now.

I’m not sure what else to suggest, I have contacted iFlight and asked them for their assistance with the issue.

4.Pls send me the black box record of the customer’s flight.

No, it’s hadn’t been hit.

I spoke with iFlight, they have asked for video and blackbox logs for the craft.

Would you be able to send me blackbox logs for the flights you were able to do?

I have requested more detail about the video that they want.
