Geprc Cinelog 35 V2 Drone shakes when flying

Thank you for returning your item to us. We’ve received it and conducted an initial inspection, but we haven’t been able to replicate the fault you reported. We’d like to work with you to understand the issue better. We have inspected the drone and checked the logs and do not find anything wrong with the drone. The vibrations you talk about are just caused by prop wash as its mainly happening during dives according to the footage/logs. I suspect the issue could be due to the footage that you sent was un-stabilised, but most of the footage you see on the internet of the same drone has had some extra stabilisation applied to it . Its also worth noting that the stock tune provided by GepRC is ideally suited to cinematic, gentle flying and not freestyle, and when flying this drone smoothly the footage is rock solid with no wobbles.

An illustration of the issue can be seen here in this video as the has a wide angle lens so you can see the prop guards, during a dive you can see the prop wash/wobble effect if you track the corner of the screen as the prop guards move. However because the video has been stabilised the output is just fine.

Could you please provide us with more details about the problem you experienced if it is any different? Specifically, we’d appreciate if you could:
