Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order #698758 for the Tbs Lucid Stack from Team Black Sheep. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve encountered with one of the ESC leads coming off the solder pad after a few flights.
While I will definitely talk to TBS about this, based on experience this sort of issue is not typically considered a product defect since it has been soldered, and flown, and from the images, it also appears to be the case that this item is not new. The lifting pad can be caused due to Thermal stress from excessive heat during soldering, or from excessive force in a crash where the battery wire could of been pulled. Despite this, I will still reach out to TBS and see if we can arrange a replacement for you. I will update you once I hear back from them.
