One of the rivet nuts on the bottom frame has no thread making it impossible to insert the locking screw.
Tried to insert several different screws, but none will not go in. The other 7 rivet nuts take the screws fine.

Sorry to hear about this, we will definitely get this resolved for you.

I know it may seem slightly silly, but could you send a photo showing that part of the frame with the nut missing, and can you also please confirm that it has not just fallen out and is loose in the package? We just need this photo to dispute the issue with the manufacturer.

Hi,

Please the attached photo. The nut is not missing. I believe they are called rivet nuts which already come pressed into the bottom frame. It has no thread in it, so you cannot screw the bolt into it. All the other 7 are fine.

For now I can offer two options:

1 - We can send you a replacement rivet nut if you are happy to install one yourself
2 - You can return the entire plate back and we can install it for you/send you a replacement.

Hi Alex,

Please can you send me a replacement rivet nut if you have one (M3). I believe they may also be called press nuts, but I can’t see any for sale on your site except in a large kit of parts.

I’ve already pressed the bad one out, so it will be easy for me to press a new one in.
