Abnormal Balance Port Connectors

Can’t charge new batteries that were delivered today, the balance port is not working.
There is nothing I should be troubleshooting batteries these are not balanced. I have two charging ports and both the ports I tried chanrging and the connector is not working, these should be tested properly, it’s a waste of time.

I do apologies for this, CNHL make really good batteries and their QC is really good.

Are both the packs you purchased doing this?

You have already submitted most of the photos I need to move forward with this, but there are some specific photos I need of any bar-codes or QR codes on the pack.

CNHL batteries don’t have a barcode on them, there’s a barcode on the packaging, that’s it.
Sorry this is unacceptable, too much back and forth, can I return both these batteries, I’ll order from some other suppliers.

Thank you, I can arrange a refund for the two batteries. Sorry about all the backwards and forwards, its just that the manufacturer require specific images before they can approve any warranty replacements, and taking some photos is arguably easier than sending the items back.

But now that it is approved I can arrange a replacement or a refund for you, please let me know which you prefer so I can organise this for you.
