After your last reply I watched some youtube videos
. I then did an auto search for the MAG and instead of the 5883 it came up with QM5883.
The MAG now works.
Sorry for the multiple emails, but it was my fault for not doing an AUTO check for MAG.
Thank you for your patience and help.
I hope my information might help if you get similar problems with another customer.
