I have plugged it and out many times and tried many different sockets

I do apologise for the delay. We are currently waiting on a response from ToolKit. I asked for one of their engineers to take a look at the video you sent us and provide some feedback.

Can you tell me what you meant by “it also broke my battery’s” ?

This could be useful to highlight with them as well.
