Isel and I established a resolution by email this May. I misinterpreted the email and did not realise I still needed to complete this, and answer yes I would like to proceed and am happy with store credit for the item instead of a replacement or refund.

I apologise for the delay and misinterpretation.
Discussed through email, the manufacturer was supposed to send a replacement and it never arrived.
