After only having the charger for 25 days one of the charging slots does not charge the battery
I have tried to charge a dead battery in only that slot for 1 hour and it did not gain any voltage however in another slot it charged fine

We have just heard back from BetaFPV, after a number of emails and chats with them they have agreed to replace the unit for you, but we will need the faulty one back from you.
Please can we get that faulty unit back from you, along with the original packaging, manuals/documentation and any other spares or ancillaries which came along with the unit.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been created for your order.

Remember to complete the RMA form and initiate your return within 30 days. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in this thread.
Once you have returned the unit, please can you let us know and send us the tracking number for it so we can be on the look out for it?
We do have stock of them currently, so I can either send you a replacement unit or I can refund you for it. Please let me know what you would prefer and I can action that for you.
