Will I receive email about refund on the camera

Yes, you will receive a refund for this, but we still need to have the old camera unit returned back to us.

You should receive an email shortly at the address associated with your order. This email will contain:

  1. Your RMA number

  2. A link to our RMA form

  3. Instructions for completing the return process

Really the old camera has gone in the bin i even tested it with a new coaxle cable that I odered from china and didn’t work so was a full faulty unit and there was no mention of having to send a camera back when you offered me the refund yesterday… its been a headache since ordering from this company this item should if been rma the 1st time I had a problem after under 2 weeks of having the drone. I will just will stay clear of this company as my mate was right about unmanned tech soon as issue comes you don’t want to no and try push to the manufacturer when your the ones who sold a faulty item and won’t use u again for anything electrical and I will be leaving a review on trust pilot about the whole issue I have enough evidence to back up a bad review thanks for nothing

Pretty much done with this and as my 1st deone into fpv you have put me on a downer to trust any company selling expensive items that nay have issues . Thisbshould of been sorted when I 1st reported a issue but no you ho back amd forth to try get me to go to manufacturer when your the ones who sold me a faulty item

I’m sorry you feel that way, the request to have you contact DJI directly was a instruction given to all resellers by the manufacturer (DJI) themselves. I am sorry we could not replace the item for you immediately, this is the process we have to follow. I tried to rectify the situation with either a refund or replacement as quickly as I was able to. We also do require the return of any fualty goods so again we can get this repaired/replaced.

The delay was due to us being stuck in the middle between two companies here, waiting for their response. We are still waiting on a response which is why we have offered a refund for the camera once we get the faulty one back. After some initial discussions between flywoo/DJI it looks like the issue could be due to the cable between the air unit and camera being pinched/folded too much which damages the internal wires which can be resolved by replacing only the cable, so once we get the faulty camera/cable back we can investigate this further.

FPV is a truly amazing hobby, I know you feel disgruntled here, but if you are passionate about it, please don’t let this prevent you from pursuing it. If you do not want to use us again, I do understand that. There are a number of top FPV resellers based locally who can assist and guide you through products and technical advice for the hobby.

Ok well it’s put me off flying fpv if I’m really honest I spent 350 on the drone 250 on my goggles and 169 on my controller to then have a issue almost instantly and not have the item sent back to where i spent money from is obsured . I spent Ā£900 on a graphics card for my pc and was doa last year and I was able to send back to the supplier who sold me it who then offered me a new card or refund that’s how I thought this would go down but obviously not that’s why it’s put me off but guess what I’m daft as I got a mobula7 04 that wouldn’t work with my fpv 3 controller but binded to my goggles after doing all that they said to do to use the controller as instructed on there site and still wouldnt work with dji fpv controller 3 yourfpv told me to send back for a replacement or refund today that’s what’s mad about all this

As stated i binned the camera when I tried with a new cable with no luck and still did not work so I’m taking it as a loss and never to trust fpv sellers with anything that goes faulty
