Well alex i spoke to flywoo aswell reguarding this issue and had a reply back instantly saying they currently do not have any air unit 04 pro cameras instock at this noment in time as said to return the full drone . What a bummer this is turing out to be
From reading up on the returns about soldering or modding the drone i did solder a gps onto the flylens85 ( unplugged the full air pro 04 unit 1st before hand ) how will this affect the returns
I have managed to get a reply back instatly about this issue and they see the ticket
Weird how i get a reply back almost instalty from them
Ii dont want yo have to return it back to u amd then say because i have done soldering on the drone you wont accept the returns
Well with all hassle i have just purchased a new camera direct from dji too much messing about
Thanks for the update, would you be happy to accept if we send you a replacement O4 Pro camera + Coax cable when our new batch arrives, this way you can have a spare for the future?

We are still waiting on DJI to complete the first order we sent them, that was from when they were first released.
They were only able to send us a partial fill of that order, I will speak to Alex and see if he has any better info on spares and cameras for you.

Really disappointed with this whole situation with the flylens85 I got from you guys I was looking at spending a small fortune with this company that’s after spending £350 on 1 item from you. i had my eye on another 2 items you have but I have since thought to my self do i really want this kinda disapontment if anything else goes wrong and have since thought twice and will just order direct from China
I’m also going to be leaving some feedback on my experience the whole situation on trust pilot

We have a replacement on order with FlyWoo, this is on its way to our forwarder, as I mentioned we are still waiting on DJI to complete our first order we placed with them before they released the O4.
Alternatively, I can offer you a refund for the camera which you replaced out of pocket.
I do apologies for the delay, we have been a little stuck between two companies here.
Please let me know if I can send you a replacement airunit when they arrive or I can send you a refund for the camera you have already purchased?

Well I used pp credit to pay for it
The replacement camera or your Flylens? Either way if we refund you for your flylens if it was purchased on PP credit, it will still reduce the credit balance to pay by the refund amount.
