Hi
There may be a bad ESC/motor, so the next step would be to first check if you can read the settings on your ESC via https://esc-configurator.com/, and if you can read all 4 ESC and the one does not work, then its likely that maybe a MOSFET is dead on your FC. How to Check If Your ESC Is Broken (testing your MOSFETS)
But if you cant read all 4 ESC, then its likely to be a config issue of your FC not talking to the one ESC.
Its also unlikely to me a motor, but double check that it can rotate without anything jamming it, other than this as unless you can see a bad connection between the ESC/motor, or some visible damage on the motor/motor wires as motors are relatively simple mechanically as its largely just some magents and wires!

i make video of working motor plug in place of not working one and it just shake(?) move left and right but noting more but i can’t upload video
Thanks, perhaps its too large, in which case try to upload it to a free hosting service such as imgur.com and share the link.
Can you also please let me know of the outcomes of the other things I requested (checking ESC firmware etc…)?
Kind Regards

Hi,
so i already post pics but can add them again
i dont see any damage on pics and dont really know what i can do more as i dont have multimeter.
This one is from esc-configurator
also here video of plug in working motor to port where motor doesn’t work
hope that is all what you ask me to do
it looks like the esc maybe bad , one thing you can do is go to betaflight , motors tab and specifically for the motor 4 put the slider to 100% , this should overcome any low start power issues that maybe occuring (if it was a software settings issue on the esc) .
If the motor still does not spin then the last final check to do is to switch one of the motors that is working with the one that isnt working , if that “new” motor does not spin then we can say conclusively that the esc is bad.
BUT please double check with the unmanned rep before you do this troubleshooting as they are more qualified than some random nobody on the internet
Thanks for helping out @geonoble01gn and @kyleireland, really appreciate that! As a gesture of goodwill and a small thanks, please PM me your store email address and I can get some store credit added for you!
@mikusiekk Thanks for checking these things, it does look like the FC is faulty or at least the Mosfet on the one ESC is, so I can offer the following solutions:
1 - We can send you a new FC if you are happy to install it yourself
2 - You can return the drone back to us for a refund
Please let me know what you prefer so we can get this resolved for you and you can get back into theh air!
Thank you all for help
I would like to get new FC and install on my own
Thank you, I am just waiting for confirmation from Happymodel about this, but will update you later today/Monday with an update. We may need to get the faulty FC sent back, and if this is the case I will send you an RMA with details on how to return it back!
Kind Regards

Ok, thank you
I will wait for update from you then
Just to update you, we have managed to get Happymodel to issue a replacement FC for this, however they will need the faulty one back. So if you can please return the faulty one back to us using RMA #136415, we can get a replacemetn unit sent out to you!
Just to confirm is this the FC that is in the version of the crux35 you have? - https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/product/crazyf411-elrs-aio-toothpick-flight-controller-20a/
