The iFlight Nazgul Evoque V3 is quite the little marvel, offering a premium 5" FPV experience without the faff of swapping parts—thanks to its ingenious switchable-arm design allowing for both True X and Deadcat configurations. Weighing in at a respectable 480g, it’s built like a brick outhouse but comes with the trade-off of a bit more inertia on those freestyle flips.
Now, let’s talk performance. Expect a sprightly ~165–180 km/h in full sprint mode, with flight times ranging from a respectable 3-9 minutes depending on how much you fancy pushing it. Just don’t get your knickers in a twist over the included props; they’re a tad underwhelming, so best to invest in some decent ones straight away.
Rimzler’s first impressions reveal a solid build, with anodised aluminium and resistive carbon throughout. Plus, the added LED lights will ensure you stand out in all the right ways—unless, of course, you’re trying to be inconspicuous while flying.
In conclusion, if you’re after a versatile drone that doesn’t require disassembly for different flying styles, the Evoque V3 is worthy of your attention. But if your main goal is simply speed on a budget, you might want to set your sights elsewhere.
