As Gizmodo reports, an electric-power maintenance company in China has used the drones to burn off debris and garbage from electrical wires. A description of the video says that the job was previously ādelegated to humans on cherrypicker vehiclesā and has been replaced by a drone pilot flying a DJI S1000+ model.
