360 degree fpv setup problem

Hi can anyone help.
So I am using a 1.5 turn winch servo for pan. Controlled with a head tracker. But when the tracker turns a little the servo turns alot!

I can solve this by using a stick channel and adjusting the servo end points, can the gyro end points be changed?
I have a turnigy 9x radio.
