I bought a Firefly 18 DJI BNF from yourselves and it arrived yesterday. I have tried to activate it today on DJI Assistant 2 like I have done with another drone, but for some reason it will not work. 2 things happen. When I plug the drone into the computer without the battery it recognises the 04 unit, but doesn’t come up with activation, I plug a battery in (Explorer 1S 450mAh HV V2 A30 Plug) and it drops off completely. I have tried some bits on my computer just incase, and different batteries and no luck. I didn’t have any issues with the Manta5 before.
2nd thing is the drone with not go into binding mode at all, I press the button and it stays green or starts flashing green 6 times and then a double which can indicate a fault, no matter how long or short I hold it it either flashes green or stay solid green.
Not sure why this is happening and not sure what to do now as getting frustrated.

Tried refreshing on dji assistant a few times and still nothing, tried several different cables, tried different ports.
