My dji o4 onboard recording doesn’t work,
every time I click record the amount of minutes I have remaining in internal storage goes down in the goggles but the actual o4 has nothing when I plug it in
I have been through all the settings and tried recording multiple times but I only get recordings on the goggles

Hi Alex here, just wanted to check, are you powering your unit just via USB when trying to record, as I don’t think the unit will work properly just under USB power. Have you tested when its powered via at least a 2S battery?

We just got a reply from DJI. Please see below:
Check the settings in the goggles to ensure that both recording options are enabled? They can navigate to the goggles menu and follow this path: Menu > Settings > Camera > Advanced Camera Settings > Record With > Both/Aircraft/Goggles.
If there is still have issue, please provide a video about the issue.
