I need help with my fortini F4 FC it does not whant to reed my reciver for my flysky i10 TX i’m useing ppm on my TX plees need help

I don’t think that FC supports PPM.

You may have to swap to SBUS

I’ve looked online and can’t find any information online about the PPM connection

I’ve zoomed in on your image and it looks like you have bridged all three pads and have some solder on the other part.
