Dji o4 pro order refund not fully refunded

So you did get dji o4 pro on Tuesday when you done refund of £155 and it was just over £160 can you refund the rest or going call bank to do chargeback as this is not the original purchase amount and leave bad review. Why waste my time when could of had month ago from elsewhere in future if do price error just msg them and refund them instead of messing them about asking for extra when l was going to give and not send item when you msg me saying is instock ready to dispatch on monday when I bought month ago.
