I am writing to inquire about the status of my order. The order was expected to arrive within 2-3 days, but it has been 12 days since I placed the order.
Today, I received an email from DPD stating that the order has been canceled and will be returned to you. I would like to understand the reason for this cancellation and request that the order be expedited to arrive no later than May 9, 2024.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to facilitate the prompt delivery of my order.

Hi it looks like the order is being returned back to us, although its unclear as to what the reason is at this stage, so I am reaching out to DPD to find out why.
Once its back would you like us to resend the goods to you, or do you prefer a refund? Please let me know so I can arrange this for you.

Hi, I am unsure when we will receive the item back, as it can sometimes take a few weeks for items to come back to us, but I will check with my colleague and if we have eveything in stock, we will arrange to get it resent

I have checked, and it seems the RP1 is out of stock, and so are the props on your order.
So what I can do is get the rest of the items sent and refund you for those, alternatively if we can send you alternatives such as a happymodel RP1 instead, and let me know if you want alternative props and we can do that and refund and difference in price back to you. Otherwise we can wait for the shipment to be returned back to us and get it resent then.
Please let me know which option you prefer

Apologies for the delay with this - we’d be happy to swap out to that receiver for you, however, the propellers are also unavailable per Alex’s last email. Just to clarify, would you like us to refund you for the missing propellers, or is there an alternative set you’d like us to send instead?

Apologies for the wait with this - yes, your order is due to re-ship today. I’ve refunded the difference in price between the receivers, as well as the propellers. The RT1 receiver and other items from your original order are ready to be picked and shipped to you today, and you can expect a dispatch confirmation soon.
