I managed to flash with the file using ignore mcu layout and slow pre release but it still has the issues with 2 of the motors I have a video but this is telling me new users cannot upload files. 2 motors are working flawlessly and 2 motors are struggling to start
Thanks for updating me and happy to hear you are making some progress.
For the video you may want to upload to a place such as imgurl.com and paste the link here. I can then also share this with the NeutronRC designer to get his feedback.
For those two motors, does this happen even if you swap them around, ie the issue is specific to the ESC output, or a motor.
As if I understand your comment correctly, you say that just struggle to start, but are ok at highter throttle, then you may want to check the startup power setting (and even timing) and see if the issue is improved. I would also suggest you take a few minutes and go through Chris’s great video on all the settings on AM32:

I have tried all ways to correct the startup it also desincs the issues occur when rpm rapidly changes on a bluejay esc the motors work perfectly with no issues I have just tried this even on conservative startup power settings. This is not my first build in fact it is my 6th and I watch every Chris’s videos I do have a good understanding of esc settings and I have tried every startup power and timing combination along with different Pam settings as pwm effects the motor torque even down at a pwm of 8 it is not fixed and at that point it takes 10a just to hover.

Can you please adjust the starting power needs to be adjusted to 150%, as this is required for a 1002 size motor. Let me know how you get on.

Sorry for the slow reply. The startup power was already set to this. I believe it is an esc issue as 2 motors work no problem on the same settings and flashed to the same version which indicates a hardware issue. That leaves 2 possibilities the esc or motor being the problem. I have soldered the motor to a different esc and it runs without issue leaving 1 possibility an esc issue so I would like to return it and buy something that actually works. It has been 5 weeks of this not working and there has been no meaningful improvement and it just feels we are trying the same things that have already been tried. At one point I could fly the drone it just had a desinc at every high throttle so the improvement to now make the motors spin again seems futile as They spin with the same issue as before

I have not heard anything else about the aio or if any troubleshooting has been done since it arrived 3 days ago.

Due to some staffing issues and time off, things are slightly slower at the moment, but if tracking shows that we have received the item back it should be processed shortly.
