I’m looking to buy a TYRANT S 215 PNF FPV RACING QUADCOPTER, but I realise that it is ARTF, do doesnt include everything you need. Can you recommend a controller and headset and batts to view the camera please this is my first quad so I’m new to this, thanks in advanced
I would recommend getting the Taranis QX7 (https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/frsky-taranis-q-x7-2-4ghz-transmitter/) with a suitable FrSky receiver (the X4R is a good choice). We will soon e be releasing a short video on how to set the Crusader GT2 with these products which is essentially the same as the Tyrant S since they both use the same flight controller.
The Tyrant S comes with props, camera and VTX already.
You can get a pair of goggles to receive the live feed. I would recommend the VR-007 goggles (https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/vr-007-fpv-goggles-with-40ch-raceband-receiver/) but we are currently out of stock of these - we will receive more stock (the new pro version) in 1-2 weeks. Alternatively, you can get a monitor such as the black pearl monitor (https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/flysight-black-pearl/).
As for the battery, you need a 3-4S battery such as this one: https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/tattu-1300mah-11-1v-75c-3s1p-lipo-battery-pack/.
