Can I connect Lippo battery 14.8V and USB cable together to the flight controller ?
Not on the SP F3 Mini as that does not include any voltage regulator to power it directly from a battery, you will need to use a 5V BEC to power the flight controller, but when powered via BEC you can also use USB at the same time.
