Help with a new drone. Bad motor or esc or something else?

After surviving a small collision with the ground, my front right motor does not want to spin up. When connecting to betaflight and attempting to spin up the motor, nothing happens. The only thing that I noticed is that the esc for the motor heats up significantly more than the rest of them when a similar test is applied. The motor has no damage done to it so far as I can tell and all the wiring is intact. Is this the sign that my motor or esc or both or something else has gone bad?

Motors are usually pretty tough, if a motor does fail it’s usually because the shaft gets bent.

So it’s likely that you use ESC is dead if you are sure all the connections are intact. But that should be easy enough to replace as long as you get the exact we model.
