BTU not connecting to SBCG_GUi on a PC

UNMANNED TECH ALEXMOS BASECAM 32 BLUETOOTH MODULE
I can pair the BTU to my PC running on W8. Having problems GUi connecting to SBCG 32 bit controller.
Any help?

Could you possibly add some more details so we can help you? Are you using the latest firmware on your alexmos gimbal controller? Could you send a photo showing how you have connected your Bluetooth module to your gimbal controller?
