Is it possible to connect 100MW ARDUPILOT UNMANNED TELEMETRY KIT V2 (433MHZ) to the Omnibus F4 pro v3 FC board.

I’d say yes,
There are a few serial (TX/RX) ports so you should be able to configure one for the 433MHz kit
